Fashion Statements That Won’t Go Unnoticed This Fall

Summer is almost over, but we don’t have to let go of dress season just yet. This fall is all about floral, plaid and velvet dresses that you’ll want to invest in. Who else loves to wear dresses in the fall because I know I do. Fall is the best season for fashion, starting with your favorite clothes that always photograph amazingly against a background full of vivid red and yellow leaves, sweater weather, Halloween costumes. AND let’s not forget pumpkin spice latees, which are pretty much considered an accessory!

Fall Florals

When I think of florals, think of spring/summer season. This fall floral dresses are more in than ever and I’m here for it. Dark florals are fall’s ideal print. My go to this fall would be a flirty floral mini dress matched with my favorite over-the-knee-boots, or if the weather is not too chilly I would go for a pair of booties. It’s always great to have a little bit of skin showing regardless of the season. If you’re not the mini dress kind of gal, you can opt for a floral maxi dress. Floral maxi dresses are great for fall weddings.

Stripes for Days

Solid striped dresses are a classic pattern that is easy to style and incredibly versatile. You can bring out the color of your dress’s stripes with accessories like your shoes. You can dress it down or dress it up. Dress down a more formal dress with a pair of white sneakers and a small purse or mini backpack. You can even layer up with a denim jacket or leather jacket. I would dress it up with a pair of my favorite heels or high heeled booties. AND fun accessories like earrings and bracelets.

Crazy for Plaid

It’s time pull out your plaid dress and rock it like Cher in “Clueless”. Who doesn’t love when the 80’s comes back to us in form of fashion statements? When it comes to plaid dresses I would go for a spaghetti strapped plaid dress with a white blouse or t-shirt under. AND pair it with some sneakers or booties. You can’t go wrong with a plaid dress this season.
